Wine Detail
Colour: Light to medium straw
Aroma: Stone peach, yellow grapefruit and honey suckle linger with integrated vanilla stick, toastiness and savoury flint presenting a great deal of depth and complexity.
Palate: Highlights of whipped lemon with honeydew melon and stone fruits are displayed on the mid palate followed by a luscious, creamy texture. A lovely play between fruit characters and winemaking influences. Extremely complex, layered and overall seamless.

Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol 12.7%, Acidity 6.5 g/L, pH 3.43, RS <0.44g/150ml glass
Serving Temperature: 10-12 °C
Wine Making
Vinification: Free run juice taken and placed directly into new & seasoned French Oak barrels. Indigenous yeast ferment, matured for 12 months
Vintage Conditions: The 2020 growing season was extremely dry season with a record temperature of 47 degrees recorded pre-Christmas. Unfortunately this had a effect detrimental on yields so the production levels were quite low.
